Pho - Vietnamese Noodle Soup
I just had pho for the first time last week. It was pretty damn good. I could do with out the tripe and tendons, however. Are you supposed to eat the mint leaves or do they just flavor the broth? I just tore up a bunch and let it steep in the broth. I avoided eating them.

Never heard of that!
Sushi
Can't get into sushi. I try it about every six months to see if my tastebuds have changed but so far I had no luck with sushi.
Cant go wrong with Mexican Food, particularly tex mex. I like to crank up some 70's ZZ Top while enjoying Tacos al Carbon. And BTW, I make the GREATEST GUACAMOLE EVER. I challenge anyone to make it better.
Agreed, except the ZZ Top. Actually, I guess Eliminator would be alright. I love guacamole but have never made any. Is it hard to make? That's it, I'm getting tacos for lunch. -matt _________________________________________________________________ There are now three new levels of MSN Hotmail Extra Storage! At the Pho joints in the DC area, you can order pho without the tripe n' shit....It's called "Tai"....I get the Pho "Nam," which is like the tai, but has a fattier type of beef in it also. And yeah, you can eat the "mint" leaves....I think it is actually a sweet basil.

Guacamole is simple to make: 3-5 avacados garlic (1 or 2 cloves) salt (to taste) 1/2 red onion (chopped) 1-2 tomatoes (chopped) 1 habanero pepper...personal choice of mine..I like it spicy A tiny splash of lemon juice Throw the Avacado seeds back in the mix when yer done....it keeps it fresh...if you leave the guacamole in the fridge for a day, you'll see what I mean. If you follow this recipe and bring it to a party, you WILL be the mack daddy...it has never failed me....except for the fact that I have never been to a party. Yer Pal, Gel-Sol www.gel-sol.com
