Alternative 'RM' file players.
What alternatives are there for me to play the Teatime show files with (.rm) Im not that keen on Real Player. TIA. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Everything you'll ever need on one web page from News and Sport to Email and Music Charts http://uk.my.yahoo.com
You can get a plugin for Winamp 2 (can't find one for 3 yet) that lets Winamp play Real files http://classic.winamp.com/plugins/detail.jhtml?componentId=22143 This one purports to be able to play the video part as well. There are plenty more other plugins that will also do this for Winamp. This is just the first I came across. <thinks> With this as the input plugin and an MP3 encoder as the output plugin, Hmmmmm... May have stumbled across another way to 'record' these shows. Another cool plugin - "innover's RealAudio Plugin" - that I have used successfully can be found through the following link: http://innoreal.kiwidream.com/ I don't know what the other one (below) can do, but with this one it is possible to convert the RA to Wave.
