Has to be the first gig i went to - after hearing live 93 - in 1993 - i never dreamed id ever see the orb live - not sure why! I always saw the orb as a 'mistical invisible force of genius' ...twas the cydonia tour first gig in brighton - i went insane - hahahah - had a major Major rush all the way through - i wasnt even on drugs - till the end when i met strange man that gave me a brown n pink speakled pill - atually that was the best pill id ever had n all - well, besides blue penguin's just to hear thoughs orb samples youve got etched in your mind - played at high volume with other Orb fans is so overwelming - just incredible i went to 4 of the English gigs that tour - soded work - hired a car and slept on the motorway ..........service stations! another great thing about the live gigs is that each one is very differnt - alex and witchman -( jon rome i think) gave a diffrent mix each night - TOP notch !!!! that warm up dj on the cydonia tour played sum amazing records (meat beat manifesto?) chap witha cap n glasses! id give my nob to get hold of thoughs tracks! Hurry up Orb n play sum more gigs!!!!
