I can attest to the coolness of the Moonlight Orbbery mix cd (I'm special ;)). I highly recommend hiking somewhere on a sunny day in the afternoon and listening with headphones (that's how I heard it). There are some fabulous sound effects on it (which I need a listing of, please Bbbroo). The thunder sounds were absolutely believable. I found myself suddenly looking at the blue sky for the afternoon thunderhead. If I win the lottery on Wednesday I'll see you this weekend. As it is I'm lucky to have picked up some work at just about the last possible moment for paying my bills without being late on any more (that's right, I had to partially pay a bill and it pisses me off). As I'm typing this amazing song came on NPR by Suba (Suba: Tributo). Really trippy and pretty. The production is incredible... I have to buy this cd right now. » Suba Music critic Tom Moon reviews a new CD called Suba: Tributo. Suba was a Serbian-born musician and composer who died in 1999. He had moved to Brazil and became one of that country's most prominent producers. He created a popular mix of jazz, bossa nova and hip-hop. Now, in tribute to Suba, musicians from all over the world have come together on one album, remixing and creating new compositions. Suba: Tributo is available on Six Degrees Records.
