I was pretty disapointed w/ Amon Tobin's last record. I like the more Red Snapper-ish stuff. I think he was at Bonaroo 02' wasnt he? He was touring w/Prefuse 73 and I was plannin on seein the show last spring but backed out cuz that album was so horrid/ I usally enjoy all the Ninja Tuners especially Wagonchrist & Coldcut. Sorry to be neg's but..... I am looking fwd to Chris Clark & Plaid coming w/some other guy i nvr heard of. (any1 heard that Empty The Bones of You release yet?) any1 wanna trade me the 1st Drukgs disc (i lost mine) for amon Tobin's last record, played twice?! bOB _________________________________________________________________ Add MSN 8 Internet Software to your existing Internet access and enjoy patented spam protection and more. fair enough... and you're absolutely entitled to your opinion, but having *just* seen him the other night, i can tell you his live shows are nothing like his albums... no song sounds the same, and the whole event is like one sonic journey through a ton of genres. i found it to be a very orb-like experience in that respect. i've seen him a couple other times as well, but this particular show was exceptional, and as its part of ResFest, there was some fantastic video accompaniment. =) rach ------------------------------------ Rachel's Orb Discography http://www.backsideoftheorb.com
