[Orb] website design

hey guys - need some help - i wanna make a website fast - how do i go about this ?? this may be a interseting topic tro chew on for a while. ive finally found the girl of my dreams - and want to impress her ...so i want to make a website dedicated to her - heheee - i would right a love letter but my handwriting is naf - this is a good excuse so i can type!! ive sent her flowers already and that sort of worked- made her smile anyway - i recon a love website will win her over!!.heehee one that gives the choice of '56k'and 'broadband' when you first enter..... itd be cool if it could play music on entry!! and help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance !!!!!! a0jade!!
