I told him I saw with LX in Paris for the Okie Dokie album and he apologized for the bad show (LX was really really drunk and messed up the whole thing).
Thank goodness they knew about that! They didn't win any fans there. That's for sure. My wife saw them for the first time at that show and I had to go explaining how they really weren't that bad live and how it was an oddity. It was a true mess, that one.
