That's the point, man - CNN and FOX play nothing but the same propaganda crap all the time. The official party line is that the brave U.S. is liberating the Iraqi people, remember? The criminals who are running your country are engaged in an unjust war of aggression in pursuit of their own strategic and economic gain and at the expense of the Iraqi people and your own country's poor. The reality of the situation is that your country's actions place the stability and security of the entire world at risk. The implications of your imperialist ambitions will not be fully realized for years to come, and my son will be living in the fallout. At what point do we decide that there is nothing else to talk about? The urgency of this situation effects us all. Imagine the Twilight Zone episode that takes place 20 years from now, when most of the U.S. is underwater or neatly carbonized. We'll still all be sitting here, admonishing one another to not go on so about the horrors we faced today, or the memories of our loved-ones. No, let's focus on something really important to life on planet Earth. Let's talk about the Orb. Pull the wool over your own eyes, then. Don't ask me to accept the fact that you're firing blindly into the dark, though. Any place there are humans, now, there needs to be dialogue on this. The fight for peace takes place in the minds and hearts of human beings. http://www.marchforjustice.com/id191.htm "The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the State." - Dr. Joseph M. Goebbels, Nazi Minister of Propaganda Peace. Mick
