She has played it on 2 separate occasions, the first 2006-07-21 (with Tom Real & Rogue Element at the Breaksday Tent at the Glade) and the second 2006-12-04 (with LCD Soundsystem). Neither were part of the live sets, apparently she 'found it on the internet'...
Don't have the full sets any more, but both were originally found on soulseek.
If anyone can track down the artist(s) responsible, I'd be pleased to know!

i've no idea where this has suddenly appeared from, but that's umistakeably the voice of an English comic called Simon Munnery - he used to perform as "Alan Parker, Urban Warrior" and currently does so as "The League Against Tedium" - nothing about the LFC spoof though:
