Hi Pauline and Dave Thanks for the lovely postcard, we all feel quite envious. Were thinking of selling our house and moving into rented for a while until something comes available in the middle of nowhere, with no bloody neighbours. We are so fed up here, the house is lovely and big and is begining to look nice but we are finding the neighours just a bit too much sometimes. What has happenend to Val, i hope she is alright, such a sweet person, i always thought she was really timid now we know why don't we poor thing. Just rescued two rabbits, we never realised what poop machines they are. They have been living in the conservatory for the past week as they came to us in a bit of a state. They've got really bad conjunctiveitis, so we have to keep them away from the dogs too. Were going to get there hutch this week and then they can live outside again, can' t wait actually. They really stink. It was my birthday on the 15th (39) i felt really depressed anyway and then guess what I got a chest infection. I coughed and weezed all through the day, still got it a bit but getting better. Going now, feeling really tired. take care and enjoy your time with Adrian Love to you both Jen xx ----- Original Message ----- From: <orb-request@mailman.xmission.com> To: <orb@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Tuesday, June 18, 2002 1:30 PM Subject: Orb digest, Vol 1 #202 - 4 msgs

I finally got Orb's EP and I've got a question: Why 'Outer Space' sounds also the same like 'Snowblind (the void mix)'? I think it sucks :-(
I figure Outerspace is a remix or cover of snowblind, (or the other way around.) I just figured if it's an orb LP it should have more originally.
I really liked the Conduit 12", so when I noticed the similarity between "Snowblind" and "Outer Space," I was kinda into it, actually. One man's garbage...
What I don't remember, though, is any clue (a la "FT Explores Satan," etc.) that LX was involved with Conduit...?
I do think that "Outer Space" is quite a bit slower than "Snowblind," innit?
JG

Conduit's one of my favourite BOBs, so I look forward to the arrival of the Orb EP.

Wasn't "Extra Nose Pal" credited on Snowblind? I don't have the relevant BOB to hand so I can't check.
