Hey everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has requested a refund yet for the Brixton CD/DVD set since it is been almost a year now since they went up for pre-sale nine months ago.
Has anyone heard any update about this? Pretty frustrating that this is taking so long and I have to say this combined with a mis-ship that I got from The Orb website that was never corrected have me wondering what is going on with The Orb's management/merchandising team.
If anyone did request a refund, was it an easy process?
