yes... I guess it is foolish... But since I have most of the rest of the orb - I had to buy this one as well... (Silly me... :O) ) And yes - I knew what was on it, so this is - or was no surprise And I will off course listen to it as well... But I could just as well listen to the original... ;O) But I was just thinking... All other bands that are releasing these "Deluxe editions" are including unreleased material... Why does Alex not do that? And even though I am not that fond of the new stuff - I will keep on bying it... ;O) Cheers ----- Original Message ----- From: Stephen Kraft To: orblist Sent: Tuesday, July 25, 2006 2:38 AM Subject: [Orb] RE: ADVENTURES - DELUXE RIP OFF!!! I don't find you comments offensive at all - but am curious....if you knew exactly what was included in the Deluxe Edition Ultraworld (since you are a REAL ORB COLLECTOR) why were you dense enough to buy it (or at least buy it and then complain about it afterwards....) I bought it - loved it. Will listen to it over and over (just like i did with the original Ultraworld, Aubrey's Ultraworld and the first Peel) once i stop listening to the Austin gig over and over (and all the time wondering when LX will release the Orb Live back catalog so I can throw more money his way - because (per Claus) I guess that is what Alex is counting on.) Cheers! Steve "I am actually not very impressed... The CD's are fantastic - as always with the orb... - at least the older 'the orb stuff'... But there's nothing fantastic / Revolutionaly about it.... Every "REAL ORB COLLECTOR" have everything on these CD.... And yes... It might be Digitally remastered - but what the fuck... I guess the orb is turning into a money machine as every other band that is starting t loose fame around the world..." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Yahoo!
