Absolutely-- LTJ Bukem. Start with the label comp "Logical Progression" ("Presented by LTJ Bukem", 1995, reissued 2001) for the classic stuff.
Roni Size & Reprazent's first LP "New Forms" from 1997 is still one of my favorite electronic records ever. If you don't have this, buy it now. Hypnotic.

Goldie - Timeless ... an enduring classic
Photek - Modus Operandi, Form & Function
Also... the first two records by Lamb are gorgeous.
Sorry, my d'n'b tastes are pretty outdated at this point. most of this came out in the mid to late 90's, but if yr unfamiliar with these they'd be great jumping off points.
