There is one called Audiofile by a company called Spinfree that was highly rated by a number of music magazines.  It worked really well and it could use CDDB to help speed up the process of building the database.  The problem I found was it was unable to import information from other databases as it said it could.  It was supposed to work by importing a simple tab separated text file. It was obviously a bug, but they didn't fix it.  I already had a huge database I created own so if I couldn't import it was no good to me.  I also had doubts about how long the company or product would be around.
