Fucking great movie! It was at the capital centre outside of DC back in the day. I saw the directors speak and play all of their movies. Heavy Metal sidewalk is a follow-up to the priest in the early 90's when Halford was replaced by the loser from the cover band. After seeing that picture I realized if the Orb had been born in rural America they would probably be like the people in this movie. If they got really lucky they might've formed a band that sounded something like Steve Miller Band. Maybe they would've had a hit with sampled voices from the Grand Ole Opry. More likely than not they would all have been crank head trailer park trash that either became "born again" or died young and really thin.
