Ok, so I should save this message and re-post it every 6 months... LX has NOTHING to do with those cds. Sure there's these interesting connections between them, like: *Live 93's cover is similar to Pink Floyd's animals *Battersea Powerstation is inside the sleeve of ABTU *LX used to spin Pink Floyd while DJing in the chillout room in Heaven *Dave Gilmore is listed in the thanks section on Live 93 *the Wish You Were Here & DSOTM includes samples of the Orb But all that aside, there's no connection between LX and these. Tonight's homework assigment: pull out an Auntie Aubrey Remix disc, version not important. Listen to it, then listen to any of these Pink Floyd remix discs. Compare them, and then think about how the Orb remixes are more detailed than the PF discs. Also, all these came out around 93-94. That's 8 CDs, most over 70 minutes long. When would LX have time to do these? Between touring the world heavily in late 93 (Nibriu should be able to confirm this) and doing lots of remix work for other artists, there was simply no time.
