I would contact badorb again. As much as they have screwed up (damaged shipments, crappy website, dishonest representation of the limited nature of the releases), everytime I emailed them they corrected the problem quickly. However if they dont, have at it. Its a shame these things happen, especially since they dont seem to fix them.
