[Orb] re: music question "sweetening

Sounds like adding a touch of reverb to me. They used to have these sound chambers with a mic on the floor and speaker on the ceiling or vice versa and they'd raise the ceiling to change the chamber size. Worked a lot like a Lexicon except it cost a fortune and was a three story tall big waste of space. There was this one band that recorded all of its songs in different spaces around the world. Mediocre prog stuff. Can't remember... Nope. Now Abbey Road studio. THERE'S a space you can identify immediately. I heard this record by the Auteurs that was recorded there.
