Sushi is the mack daddy of foods. Perhaps my favorite sashimi is aji mackeral. Try the uni, if you dare. It's an incredible taste experience but is overwhelming for most mouths. I've always liked the giant clam just because it moves if you hit it. Then it sort of resists as you bite into it. Mmmmmmm.
