THE "jAPAN" sample that you are looking for is on the YMO album xooo multiples [Tighten up] but on the Japanese 10" version. The track listing is the same as the US version but it has a lot of that kind of "japan is # 1" dialogue stitched in between most of the tracks.I`m not sure if the 12`version of "tighten up" has the same snippets [I can't locate it to verify] By the way,the dialogue on the 10" LP called "xooo multiples special" is very insulting and vulgar as it carries on.Quite amusing!
