Yeah, was wondering if anyone found alternate link there or anything (I didn't actually sign up, just DLed link that someone sent to list). Cursory listen - kinda busy, what with being freshly laid off and all - reveals enough that I'm annoyed that physical-medialess formats haven't generally caught up (or surpassed) CD sound, yet. In other words, what I heard, I liked! Oh, and my computer speakers increasingly cut in/out, have to turn them off/on repeatedly to get sound back, haven't put the MP3 on a CDR yet for use on other systems. Bottom line, avoid Klipsch computer speakers like the plague, completely unreliable junk. Rather sad as I looove my main system's KG 3.5s.... Ah, while on subject of compression, there's a site that releases a few random things on CD to preserve CD quality, good rant on there about how today's generation doesn't even realize they're missing fidelity (can't recall site, kinda busy/see above, but I think they've reissued Bronski Beat stuff so look for that)(there was a great interview or maybe just summary by producer on the making of "Hundreds and Thousands," really cool). But I digress, can you believe they now are selling tube amps that you plug an iPod into the top of, so you can listen on tiny table top speakers? THIS is hi-fi? Siiiiiiigh. Thanks/regards, T

Additional question on this one - has anyone found an alternate, higher-quality version? Kinda annoying that MP3 is the only choice, and that it's 160kbs at that.

Not impossible - but doubtful, as the mix was done for Resident Advisor and they're the ones who posted it as such.
