You can pick up a copy of the Patterns and Textures VHS on ebay for about
$15 to $40 depending on if the auction also includes the P&T CD (and of
course the condition of both VHS and CD.) There are usually a number of
these for sale at a given time.
The U.F. OFF VHS is also available on ebay but I don't see that one as
often (although I am not usually looking for that so it could be an oversight
on my part.)
Once saw a DVD of both P&T and U.F.Off go on ebay for $60 or
something about six months back. I assume it was the homemade DVD
mentioned earlier - kinda felt bad for the buyer on that one.
As for Orb videos in general - I have dl'd a number of videos via
Soulseek (likely from other list members - so thanks!) including the U.F. OFF
collection but have had no luck with Patterns and Textures.
