Yeah, I was into thievery for a while, and still can get into them, but not all the time. Check out CEX - he's from Baltimore. On a label out of san fran (www.tigerbeat6.com) glitchery and not concerned with genres (released a rap album after 4 1/2 'serious' IDM albums). Still trying to get your music down, but I have to fix a bug with my QuickTime player. It tries to play the track, instead of just d/l ing it. Any chance you can throw a quick html page up with references to the mp3s? ... I can then right click them down directly to my hard drive and not have to fuss with QT .. :| eric :| :| www.xenlab.com :| enlightenment thru evolution .. -----Original Message----- From: orb-bounces@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:orb-bounces@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of gel-sol@gel-sol.com Sent: Wednesday, June 18, 2003 4:28 PM To: orb@mailman.xmission.com Subject: RE: [Orb] OT: New Gel-Sol album & website: I need feedback!!! Yeah, thunderball is pretty cool, but I can't say I really dig on the Theivery Corp...the whole martini sippin'/james bond thing is kinda tired. I guess my real gripe with DC is how genre based everything is... Yer Pal, Gel-Sol www.gel-sol.com

I'd disagree. The 18th street lounge label has a ton of good stuff on it. Thunderball esp. comes to mind.
