No More, Tomahawk is actually the closest thing to "normal" that Patton has ever done. On the other hand Patton's solo albums and Fantomas both out weird even Mr. Bungle. Personally I can't even listen to the solo albums, just not musical enough, but the Fantomas definitely has its moments.
And of course I have to mention the Lovage CD, Patton+Automator= One of the sleaziest records I've ever heard (and I mean that in a good way!)
