This is a tough one. Badorb was obviously horribly mismanaged. How much of that is the band's fault? Though Badorb was essentially started by the Orb how much did Alex & Co. actually have to do with it? If, in fact, Alex pulled the plug (as opposed to the simple collapse of the company) what was his involvement in satisfying outstanding debts? In this age of Enron and Haliburton... oh, wait, they're doing just fine ruling the US and about to wage war in the Iraq... Enron and Chiqita, let's say, $56 seems like small potatoes but for the average music fan that's a lot of music. (It would be a lot MORE music if cds were priced even vaguely reasonably but that's a different thread.) This problem does need to be rectified but I've just got a funny feeling that the band is minimally involved. I would suggest sending actual physical mail to the Orb's management listing your grievances and showing any receipts for unfilled orders you have. I know that's a few bucks from the US so add the postage onto the bill. E-mails are much easier to ignore than a physical piece of paper. You might ask an attorney to print the letter on their letterhead for you as well. This type of subtle hint works well (even if you have no plan of actually suing). Add the amount they'll charge you for this service to your bill. Every month send a new bill. Each time they ignore it you've added an hourly attorney fee and postage. Should get up to a felony offense pretty quickly. There must be a way to resolve this. Perhaps our friends on the little island over there could do a little footwork and find out where the responsiblity for Badorb has shifted. www.psychicreform.com Who let that monkey in here!?!
