Classical LPs used a better pressing process and vinyl in the old days so that they didnt have the pops and clicks and noise which could be present in Rock and Pop LPs.This issue was pressed using that process and was issued about the same time as the original. You definetely have the best pressing. It does appear in other early discographies like the U.K. Record Collector. Luck has been with me the past two and a half months. I've scored both The Orb's "Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld" and Underworld's "Second Toughest In The Infants" on vinyl. Finally!, and they were priced like new releases just hitting the market.
I love when that happens. Were they actually new, or just reasonably priced?
Anyone seen Underworld's A Hundred Days Off on vinyl in the US yet?
Question regarding "Ultraworld." There is a sticker on the cover stating "Special Classical Pressing" with the catalog number BLR DLP 5 below it. I'm wondering if this indicates a reissue? I don't see a reissue listed in Lazlo's or Rachel's discography. Or was this sticker on all the vinyl at the time of release?
I've seen them both with and without the sticker...but, I don't know what that means. It could be inconsistent stickering, or there could have been a reissue, with either one being the reissue.
Not much help...I know. ;)
