As of right now anyone who continues this little abuse festival will be switched to moderated status and/or kicked off the list. I don't care who started it or who said what to whom and when, it ends right now.

I don't know if there's a problem with the list-abuse address or if people just haven't been using it, but this noise party is exactly the kind of thing it's meant for. If someone's sending abusive mail to the list or sending you abusive mail offlist, let me know and I'll boot them.
