Well, Boulder was great but there is no chance of finding any good electronic music there anymore. I did go to the listee recommended store ( i'm sure its the one, as a bill collector I once phoned it looking for a deadbeat) called Bart's Records and it has the upstairs vinyl shop but the only thing I wanted at all was japanese of course: MASAMI AKITA + RUSSELL HASWELL presents SATANSTORNADE. Has anyone heard this? They recommend turning up your shittiest stereo so that it clips for the best sound, I pussed out in fear of breakage on the airplane (ever see how they throw your suitcase?). Maybe I'm just chickenshit about vinyl but would could resist an album with song names like FEND OFF YOUR MISERABLE GRIEF and TESTICULAR FORTITUDE (EDIT). Has anyone been over to the warp store or blip.com? Holy shite there are many bands I have never heard of and would be surprised if anyone here has.
