I would recommend dbPowerAmp (www.dbpoweramp.com). It's free and you can install add-ins for loads of audio formats. Just right-click on the file, select the preferred conversion and go!

I just dumped it into iTunes and burned from there - no problem whatsoever.

On a similar topic (but totally off topic to the orb - sorry) - anyone know how to burn on ogg file? Cannot seem to make this work in iTunes or Windows Media Player (even though the most current version of WMP says its supports ogg files.)
