I'm not looking to sell this item, I'm just interested in info. Several years ago while visiting London I bought a copy of Spiritualized's "Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space" limited version where the CD is in foil tablet packaging like it is from a drug company along with RX instructions for taking/listening to CD. I have kept the foil sealed (never opened). Is this CD very rare at all? I saw Air last night at the Hollywood Bowl (today is my birthday so I was celebrating it early). The first act was Sondre Lerche who I am not really familiar with. According to the Bowl;s web site he is from Norway. He was o.k., kind of alternative folk I would say. Next Stereolab played. They put on a very good set. They were accompanied by part of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra on their last few songs. Air was fantastic. They were accompanied by the LA Phil's full orchestra for their entire set which blended very well with their music. Their set was pretty much a "Talkie Walkie" and "Moon Safari" compendium with some "Virgin Suicides" thrown in. They closed their set with a final encore of the track from "Lost in Translation". It was just an excellent night. It was about 82 degrees out and a beautiful sunset. The moon (either full or near full) was projected on the big screens at the end of the evening. I had box seats about 30 feet back from center stage and since the Bowl allows food and wine I brought a few bottles of Merlot with some different cheeses, olive oil, fresh bread and grapes (as if you wanted to know about that). I brought a friend with me and sharing our box was a very nice Asian girl and her mother both of whom were Air fanatics. John Wintemute
