Write the Fair Trade Commission which I believe is the UK equivalent of the Better Business Bureau.  They'll light a fire under their ass and get it done.

Same.. no bank problems here (pennsylvania)

Although they did charge me shipping for the MP3 subscription.. I emailed them
about it and got a reply 6 weeks later. They said they would take care of it,
but have not yet (this was about a month ago).
