Wasn't going to respond to this thread but was listening to a 7" just now and recognized the b-side as a tune LX played during the orb's summer tour in 1997.

It's called Getting Hot by Gwen Guthrie.  I always labelled it as " Best Night of Your Life Interlude" or something like that.

I know for sure he played it on 7/19/97 in Chicago.  Love that song!

Glad to see this thing is still on! Physical releases seem to be more of an afterthought lately, as LX has been doing a bit of the WNBC radio stuff in addition to the side projects.

i have yet to read the book, and Rough Trade still; hasn't shipped my Sedibus vinyl I ordered in March, so I have some catching up to do myself.
