I *think* tracks 3,4, and 5 are the 'first time on CD' tracks (officially). Track 2 is on Orb in Dub (and maybe the Perpetual Dawn Single? I can't recall), Track 6 is on the Assassin single, track 1 is .... not sure about that one yet. It may be another mix that has its original name (Andy Hughes Mix) on this disc. Am I mixing these up? Sorry if I missed this onlist, but while at www.planetgong.co.uk/ picking up the first cd, from last november's amsterdam gong convention. I noticed:
UFOrb - Deluxe edition (2CDs)
A classic remastered & expanded, with 3 previously unreleased on CD tracks
The first disc contains the original album lovingly remastered, disc two is full of remixes, three of which are here on CD for the first time.
A very high class quarto-fold didgi-pak with new inner artwork and a beautiful 20 page booklet with new fulsome liner notes by Kris needs, all in a protective slip-case.
Wherever you buy this release do so in the knowledge that it's helping a nice old gent to maintain his Chelsea season ticket
Disc One:
1. O.O.B.E. U.F.Orb...etc, etc
Disc Two:
1. O.O.B.E. (Andy Hughes Mix) 2. Towers Of Dub (Ambient Mix) 3. Blue Room (Ambientat Mark Angelo's Mix) 4. Close Encounters (Ambient Mix 1) 5. Majestic (Mix 1) 6. Assassin (Chocolate Hills Of Bohol Mix)
Which are the three and are they worth getting? "nice old gent" ha...

p.s. i hope that while at orbscureddj's soulseek you can 'obtain' some of his remixes.....
"do robots dream" he asks?
.......they certainly do and I will be on the front line with them. No longer will they be oppressed, enslaved and abused.....
.....and when this happens, When we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of the Universal Energy's Conscious Entities, black men and white men, cyborgs, helectronics, telerobots, sentients, and hybrots, will be able to join energies and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual, "Free at last! free at last! thank God Almighty, we are free at last!"
sorry - getting carried away with his tunes........cheers..bill
