Hello all, just got home from seeing 302 Acid open for Blonde Redhead(?) here in Edmonton, and I have to say it was the best live electronic(ish) set I have ever seen. Picture the Orb's darkest, dubbiest moments gone down an even dirtier alley and loving it the whole time. Sadly, I think the crowd was really waiting for Blonde Readhead to start, and as such seemed to pay little attention to the thundering basslines and inricate stylings of this truly talented trio. I had met one of the members earlier in the day(our very own Gel-Sol!) and all I can say is what a great guy, and that I wish him the greatest of successes! I truly hope should 302 acid come to your town you do not miss them. They really are that good. And to prove it I am going back tomorrow to see them again, only this time I might actually stay to see that Blonde Readhead band too.
