Ain't nobody like the Orb, but I would recommend Future Sound of London, Sun Electric, Bill Laswell's Divination project, Fripp/Eno, Spacetime Continuum, and Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works (Vol. 1 is decidedly more Orbish than Vol. 2)
btw comparing Sasha and Digweed to the Orb should be punishable by death. ;-)
