Certainly looked like a promo, which is the reason I didn't bid on it.
Why not?? By virtue of the fact it had the track listing by 12" - that put me off [I still bid cos I have some spare US dollars sitting here doing nowt]....it just looked dodgy. His other auctions looked genuine though - almost like he didn't know what he had.
