im probably in another world on this one..but i cant help but type ! apologies(but hay maybe it will help someone)
sounds like the program you use hears a gap between the track arrangment
you create and places a default gap of silence when encoding! cant you
trick it ?, by placing in-between your tracks a single frequency that is
inaudible to you but not to the program so it wont place the default gap!(say
20hz)
(you'd probably have to crosssfade this single frequency from track
to track so there are no joins!)
you also need a dam fine parametric eq to make the single frequency
or bounce your track arrangement to another stereo track(so there are
no cuts) leaving on whole track
and place your markers for track numbers! blah blah blah ......
