Autechre SUCKED when I finally got to see them (Confield tour)(in Oakland oddly enough). Just a bunch of noise, no classics played or anything. Choose wisely....

I don't know what you're talking about. Perhaps it has something to do with a different tour, but I just saw them Saturday night and it was probably one of the greatest things I've ever witnessed. A bunch of noise, no classics? Of course!! Who wants to sit in a room with an artist playing his or her CD over a laptop all night? It was totally freeform and evolving. I don't even like their studio albums, much less want to pay to hear the same thing I have allready heard before. SND and Rob Hall were also brilliant. Money well spent.
