[Orb] Transit Kings - Blow Boy - just Japanese?

There's a new Transit Kings track only available via iTunes in Japan called "Blow Boy" - is this going to be made available so that others outside Japan can purchase this? You can listen to the track on the Transit Kings myspace page and is primarily for a Japanese comic (http://shinzou.jp/) - chapter 4. Cheers, Nick ;-)
