I must generally agree that there is hope.
Mind you, I had to get a little bit shirty about things (my last two emails were sent to WorldPay and cc:'ed to BadOrb), but as much as I like the label/music I wasn't about to let GPB 165 go down the toilet. Anyway, I've had nothing but good luck with the individual BOB orders I've placed (for doubles/extras); it just seems to be the subscription that stopped after I got BOB4 and BOB4.5. Oh, and my subscription was supposed to include TOGs, too. I got the first three together and pretty late and in the wrong size (XXL). Per BadOrb's instructions, I sent them back at my expense and then... nothing. So I've never gotten any subscription TOGs. Yet. Anyway, I'm hoping that the three packages Garphoo mentioned will set everything straight once and for all and that my other records/shirts will arrive on schedule. I can't say I'm sure what I'll do when my subscription expires, though; given the track record, one might be better off just ordering the releases individually, even if one plans to get them all. On the other hand, maybe from now on glitches such as the one that seems to have occurred with my subscription will be a thing of the past. As with everything, your mileage may vary. JG
