The access codes are sent via snail-mail.
They do also arrive by e-mail prior to the certificate arriving.
After ordering, it can take from a week to months to recieve the certificate.

If it makes a difference, I haven't received the code for BOB14 yet; they might not even be available by your deadline.
If you order them, you might want to explain your situation in the notes field; maybe they'll make an exception.
