I got a couple copies of this.  It's a one-sided bootleg released by  FIRE999  a couple years back.  The mix was done by Hellpass, who is well known in the progressive-house community.  The Rickie lee jones vocal is used through out, and the familiar riff is only in the intro. The rest is fine progressive-house music.
