I can't explain how my cd-r collection ended up where it was. The cd-wallet turned up in my garage... kind of out in the open. On the floor. I've been working back there constantly for four days. It's almost as if it appeared because it couldn't have been where I found it without having stepped on it repeatedly over the last few days. To make it even more bizarre, absolutely no one has been in that garage or even on my property for days. My whole portable cd-r mp3 concept has just been radically altered. I'm going to make about four cds of favorite albums and put them in the pocket on the back seat of my car and put another set with my discman. Then I'll just have a disposable cd-r of the month kind of thing. I've got stuff in that wallet I've never even gotten to hear. Tons of stuff I got off the old Chain Reaction ftp (a moment of silence, please... ) I know I'd never either be able to replace or even remember, other bits and pieces of rare stuff all my wonderful friends (you know who you are) have provided me over the years, and original music by friends who have fucked up and destroyed the masters. Tons of that kind of stuff. So let's all think about data back-up, shall we? Thanks for your supportive e-mails and stuff. Any promised exchanges will still gladly be made! It's almost like getting good sex from an attractive friend only nowhere near that good. _________________________________ www.psychicreform.com Change your mind. _________________________________ "Life is a round of miniature golf only larger, and with a more ambiguous final score." -- Zippy the Pinhead _________________________________
