[Orb] Bicycles and Jelly???

Anybody notice on theorb.com that the "Bicycles and tricycles" artwork-supposed-cover-art thingy looks an awful lot like Lemon Jelly's signature lozenges? Am I just bats? Also - any chance any of you fellow Orbsters know of a Japanese website off of which to order the new album, since it's supposed to drop there first?
