Are you talking about Adventures beyond or the Aubrey remix LP? or both?? I thought the other LP issued on Blue Vinyl was UFOrb i.e. BLRLP18? I have it, so know it exists. The way to check if it's a bootleg or not would be to check the matrix numbers and or any doodling/writing etc on the inner groove of the Vinyl - if they match up exactly with the "normal" Vinyl then it's almost certainly from the same master dub plate, which means it's fairly unlikely to be a bootleg. I know that some Eastern European countries had a penchant for releasing versions of allsorts on coloured vinyl in the early 90s. I have heard of some people getting hold of the original pressing material and repressing certain vinyl releases too i.e. not with the record label's consent. Never seen or heard of it, so it could be a new find ;-) It's not like the Orb haven't released plenty of stuff on coloured vinyl before either..... You mentioned "Test Pressing" does it actually mention test pressing on it anywhere? If so then it's possible that it's just a dodgy batch of vinyl. I've got some test pressings that are a funny dark brown colour. Almost like it's reused vinyl or something. AFAIK - Rarity tends to start with Acetate, then test pressing, then white label/promo etc. Test pressing is what it says on the tin....they just do a very small run off the machine and see if it plays ok and what the recording level is. I forget who asked about Mickey Mars 15 minute mix. Don't worry about it, you're not missing anything - it's shit.
