Hi, I got Bless You and thought it quite comical that the CD door was broken and some of the teeth were missing in the cover in light of all the stories of people getting damaged stuff from badorb. Haven't listened to it too much yet although I wasn't all that impressed when I was listening to MP3s of this material over the past few years. Looking forward to listening to it more. Kennedy

FYI, this arrived in LA today in mint condition and with a nice colour badorb sticker. I love Outer Space. Is that a Monty Python sample right at the beginning and again at around the 5'00" mark? I get the feeling that "I am the Red Worm" could have developed into quite a nice track had been longer. It just seems to hit a brick wall as it starts to get going. Maybe it would be better live? Also, a couple of people said they were disappointed by "Bless You". Curious as to what they were expecting? A new Orb album? BadOrb was never meant to be just The Orb, was it? Granted, there are a couple of weak tracks but overall I dig it. Aint gonna argue about track 12 tho' - it's shite. They could've done without the multimedia bit too for my money. Nice try but it's just the website innit? I tred sending a message through it but it buggered my office Lotus Notes just before it crashed. So, here's the question. Which tracks would we add to the CD in place of the multimedia part if it were up to us? martin

After reading the discussion about mp3 and gaps and such, I am wondering why people on this list haven't started switching over to Ogg files?? Better quality, intelligent file format and free (no patents, licenses, or cost). I've been using it to encode all my music. Using a quality setting of 4.99 I get files that are usually around 130 kbs and sound better than my LAME encoded 192 kb mp3s. I'm sure people have heard of this format by now. It was a song performed only for and in the Vatican until Mozart wandered in, heard it and buggered the whole thing up by writing it down perfectly later on and having it performed. from 8:10 to end of song, extensively uses a Psychic TV song. (peel session) the organ stuff at the end (also on live93) is called "I do Like to be Beside the Seaside" I've been searching on the net a little for more info, but the above is the best I can find. I recall hearing that it was from the Woody Allen movie "Sleeper". http://us.imdb.com/Title?0070707 I don't know if this is true or not though. There are definitely references to that film though in UFOrb. i.e. I think someone else mentioned that the "Hello, my name's Rags" sample is from that movie.
