On the S.A.L.T. track, the observations of the scottish man talking about the apocalypse are from a movie. I saw the movie a few years ago on IFC, but I couldn't find out the name. The problem is mostly frame rate, and to a lesser extent image size. If you have a multi-region DVD player you might or might not have the ability to convert PAL to NTSC or vice versa. Many new TVs can accept both PAL and NTSC signals by making a change in the menu. Alan. So is this why I recently purchase the British made (EA's Criterion studios) Burnout 3 and play against people from the UK as well as Holland.. but there is a warning before you start that they use "a different tv" whatever and I can't possibly play?
