Re: M_Boats: montgomery_boats Digest, Vol 72, Issue 11
Pat, I'll contact you off-list as soon as I get the opportunity. I am also a beginning sailor who has lucked into an M17 as my first (and maybe my last) sail boat. I have had #393 for exactly a year today, and also will need a way to lift her off the trailer, for work on both the boat and on the trailer. I would love to discuss with you how others have done it and what could work for us. Good luck with your learning. Message-ID: <2C91A343FF244A0C9E69B7607B6799F7@PatPC> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Hi sailors, I,m new to this so I hope I,m doing it right, and that it works. I have a 17,er #336 that I want to paint the bottom of and plan to suspend it from a frame work by the toe rails. I saw pictures of this procedure on msog. It makes me a little nervous although I see that it did work. Has anybody else ever done this?, if so I would appreciate hearing about before I start this project. I've had my boat since last May and really love it. I,m a novice sailor, but guite a do it your selfer, and am ready to go. Thanks in advance for the help., Pat ------------------------------ _______________________________________________ montgomery_boats mailing list montgomery_boats@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/montgomery_boats Remember, there is no privacy on the Internet!
