NEW M17 Mainsail for sale
Hi Folks: I hate to do it, but I can't figure out a better way... My brand-new, used-one-time mainsail that I bought is for sale. Loose-footed, two sets of reef points. I've only had it on the boat one time... long enough to figure out that the mast length was increased by 6" at some point after my boat was built. (DOH!) So rather than spend ANOTHER $100+ to have this one recut, I've decided to sell it and have a new one built from scratch. I'm asking $450, which is what I paid for it, plus shipping from 37415. Also if anyone's interested, I've got an M17 spinnaker and fancy- schmancy turtle bag that I've never used on my boat. I don't know what to ask for this, so I'm accepting offers. I've also got a spinnaker pole for this rig that I'd consider selling, but I think shipping would be a problem. Of course, you are welcome to pick these up in Chattanooga, TN if you're out this way. Thanks BG Brian Gilbert Author, Fix It And Sail, The Complete Trailer Sailer
Hi Brian, What are the measurements on the sail? How heavy is the sailcloth? Thanks, Ian
