Todd, when I bought Clarity, Jeff had done a center board removal, fair and paint works etc. There was no apparent issues with the ballast and nothing has shown up in the first two seasons although I have since purchase only sailed in fresh water. Be nice to keep abreast of your progress and all of the 23's . It would be nice to have email lists of the owners and it might already be available but I forget how to extract the info.
